Buyer will send a stipulated quantity of trial material for pre-dispatch manufacturer trial & customer trial with freight & all miscellaneous expenses fully paid within 2 weeks of intimation.
Buyers are recommended to attend pre-delivery inspection when the equipment will be fully process-proven and checked for compliance with specification requirements. For customer trial at our factory, we will give one week’s notice.
We will be pleased to train your technicians/s on the working, lubrication, and maintenance of our machines, free of cost at our factory. You will have to bear their return fare, boarding, lodging, conveyance, and pocket expenses. Outstation customers should train your technical person, before the dispatch of the equipment.
We offer online support for installing the machine and other technical issues.
