Sieving Grading Straining Machine

Sieving Grading Straining Machine (Sifter machine) is specially designed and developed for separation of solids from solids, liquids from solids and production of graded materials in proportion to their sizes. It has features to provide gyratory vibration generated by balance fly wheel. The amplitude of vibration is adjustable to the processing needs by means of movable weight on the fly wheel. This ensures that every point on the screen surface continuously traverses a circular path in horizontal plane with the elimination of the vertical motion.

  • Available in two models providing screening diameters of 500 mm and 750 mm.
  • Portable – fitted with sturdy castors and occupies little space.
  • Electric power requirement less than other machine of the kind. Power requirement are very much lower than units utilizing reciprocating system.
  • Standard units provided with TEFC motors operating on 440 Volts 3 phase supply. Flame proof motor fitted on request.
  • Easy to install. Requires minimum maintenance.
  • Double and triple deck screens with out-let and hopper for bottom deck available on request.
  • Easy dismantling and cleaning of screen.
  • All contact parts and screens of stainless steel.
